I'm going to take the opposite approach here while still very agreeing with what you say, to some degree. I'll have to retouch on those topics some other time though. For now it's just this part mentioned above

No, the world does not belong to us. And yes it does. Because as a whole, humanity has dominated. To what current degree it doesn't matter. We have declared it our home. It's ours. It's all we currently got.
But at the same time, it doesn't. Everything in this world, from its earth, to it's water and air and everything in between, the sun, mercury, the astroid belts, the other stars, the everything else. It Doesn't "belong" to anyone.
Well, I guess if hairs must be split, You may be right, but the point is that no One has more right to the abundance of Our planet than any Other. That by the implementation of accounting for Our energy, Most are made slaves and by the indoctrination, They believe They are free. While struggling in poverty, most of the time.
And there are far more here than We all could use (despite the lies of the psychopaths who would keep Us Their slaves). That yes, it belongs to ALL of Us and not just a few psychopaths.

I think the Trust fund thing however may be true but it is of no practical use to anyone. Learning about case law, common law, equity and civil litigation however give you huge power even using their corrupt "legal system".
For example if the bailiffs visit your house for a parking ticket you can sue them using GDPR for £10k because they are not even following their own rules concerning the deed of assignment.
