I agree that we could tap into free energy, well not free, but from planetary forces connected to the sun which acts like a dynamo.

However, I am perpetually disappointed in those who claim to have free energy devices.

A lot of them are not tested honestly under a load, mechanical or electrical.

A spinning wheel is not a load, it takes almost no energy to keep a wheel spinning freely.

For example: Tesla devices... Why this example? Electrical energy is easily measured.

All they would need to do is measure the energy in and energy out, using 2 watt meters.

Watts is a unit of measure of energy which can be converted into joules, the base energy unit in all of physics and chemistry.

I don't need to know how it works, but I would like to see objective date, like this basic test that can be run.

If energy in is less than energy out, example 30 w in and 100w out, the device is really tapping into an outside energy source.

However, I've only seen a few cases where meters were used.

Some measured equal energy in and energy out. This means the device only converted or transmitted power to power the load.

A few cases showed energy in was higher than out, which means the device consumed energy itself, not just the load.

I hope we see a device that is over unity, but I'm not holding my breath.

What an inspiring and thought provoking piece. I wouldn't put it past them either, stealing "free energy" and selling it back to us...what a crazy world this is! Thanks for sharing about your father. My dad was a scientist who worked for the "top secret missile dept." part of the government-war machine. He wasn't allowed to talk about it either. It was hard on him...I found out when I grew up. Great post!!!
