When governments blatantly do not act in the interest of the people, the social contract between the governed and those who govern, is broken -- and the people are under no obligation to obey 'laws'/legalates.
To be fair, We are under no obligation to obey anything in the legal system, full stop. Unless We have given Our consent to that mess and have not withdrawn it. I withdrew My consent a long while ago. The last interaction with the enFORCERs went like this:

Most people here who are aware of the current situation of the world, are expending a lot of energy on things of our law, or legalese as you put it.
Most Aussies do what the “law” dictates, except where it comes to “covid” law, which is and was totally ridiculous. Most people who received fines for daring to e.g. drive more than 5 km (about 3 or so miles) from their house, or spend more than 1 hour at a time, outside getting exercise, had these stupid fines overturned-at least the smart ones who didn’t immediately pay the ridiculous fines. Some people had to spend a lot of money in court, fighting the fines. Some even went to jail (gaol) for daring to share a social media post about protest marches being organised. Absurd.
Trouble is, most Aussies obey legalese. I’m just trying to imagine them grasp your 3 ethical laws. I’m going to have to read your article again, to reassess what I read. It’s getting late at night here, and I need to go to sleep. I’ll read the article again tomorrow, and make another comment to you Amy, and others on this substack.

It is all based on "legal" legislation, not NATURAL LAW.
You become a victim if you follow it.
