Makes me think of that song "Don't Worry, Be Happy". Couldn't stand it. If people don't worry, then smarter heads won't prevail to come up with a solution.
Yes, absolutely. I guess I should have said people who aren't concerned. Using "worried" gets taken out of context. I guess it depends on what someone thinks worried means.
There is a difference between worrying, and pondering, than calculating, than speculating. And other things that do not block actions. Worrying something might happen so One does nothing is at issue here.
Sorry the piece reminded You of something not related that You have negativity towards.
Its seems anytime I ask questions, especially at work where I try to be helpful and want to understand what I am doing, they always say, No worries, or don't worry about it. Well, I am not "worried". That terminology gets over used to me and I feel insulted, or put off, depending on how its used. The only time in life I have really worried was when I didn't have a job and was looking for employment. It was very stressful. I would prefer to say I am just a concerned person who is curious. I like to know things, a lot of different things.
While I agree that People use "worry" when They mean "concerned," the way I used it is in the sense that You did. Stepping into sovereignty leaves Many anxious, worried that They might "rock the boat," lose something (though often that "something" They cannot define.
And all this is outside of the point here. The point is that if We do not want to go over the cliff, We would best make a stand.

I once heard from a lic. "No deja de preocuparse inge..., pero no sé agüita. Que se agüita los feos."

"Don't worry. About a thing. Cuz every little thing. Is going to be alright."
Only if We make it so... LOL! If We do nothing...
