In an interview I was listening to about 30 years ago, I heard about wisdom councils from a founder name, Jim Rough. I will leave a link to the Wise Democracy site for details about the is approach to facilitated problem solving and decision making: https://www.wisedemocracy.org/

I will just mention one important thing that often forgotten but is a primary step in solving problems or answering questions Together. That is: FIRST come to a consensus on a well-formulated description of what the problem or question is. If everyone simply has their own idea of the problem, agreement and appreciation of creative solutions will take a much longer time, if ever. Thank you for your bold ideas and insights.
