I sleep without a top sheet for that very same problem. I use a fitted bottom and a washable comforter on top. I wash the bottom sheet every week I wash the comforter about every 6-8 weeks my bed is always fresh and clean and odor free and no tangles. I never wear a nightgown for the same reason I got all tangled up in it I wear fresh pajama bottoms and undies to bed every night and I don’t eat in bed so it stays clean and untangled

I surely keep My bedding clean, but I toss and turn in My sleep and this tangles things up. But I love the feel of sheets, and not so much blankets.

… when I came to the USA some 30 years ago I absolutely hated the sheet, comforter and even a “throw” blanket on top. So the first week I got a sewing machine and made duvet covers from ALL FREAKING FLAT SHEETS

Sooo…..you know… there is already a remedy for your problem 🤩. It seem you are “scratching your itchy left ear with the right hand” as we say in Slovakia.

Dear One... I am a targeted, elderly, disabled, denied assistance, lost everything, destitute, and homeless lady, sheltering on a friend's floor and using His web on My 15+ year old laptop. I have bone spurs in My thumbs and even typing hurts.

Now what Your preferences are and what You choose to do are not much applicable to Me. I put that out there in hopes someOne would manifest a small thing for Me. Attacking Me is... Less than graceful.

Love always.

… attacking was never my intention.

… oh and one more thing. I sleep under the goose down comforter and pillow all year long with a 100% linen fitted sheet pillow case and a duvet. LOVE IT. An investment at the beginning but it lasts a long time 20-30 years minimum

I haven't been able to afford 1/100th of that for decades.

It may not seem like much, but the idea for the puff clips came to Me. As I mentioned elsewhere here, I am a targeted, elderly, disabled, denied assistance, lost everything, destitute, and homeless lady, sheltering on a friend's floor and using His web on My 15+ year old laptop.

I have enough problems, and when the idea struck, I hoped it would solve one small issue for Me.

best of luck! I started sleeping in a sleeping bag at one point as my sheets never stayed with the blanket.

Yeah, I could not sew it on to the sheet (2 or more sheets…)and blanket (bone spurs in My thumbs and even typing hurts), and the self-adhesive stuff does not hold up well to washing. And… I really don’t have money to buy it anyway. LOL!

Would rather someOne else makes the profit as long as I get My dozen puffy clips. LOL!
