I don't do packaged foods except some foods made fresh from the grocery store deli, like potato salad, egg salad and sides that are fresh but even with that we don't know where the ingredients come from! Sometimes it's organic but not always! I prefer to get the ingredients myself and cook myself because I can choose organic ingredients and control that!🙂
Yup! That’s what I do! Most “food” is so iffy these days!
